My Story

Arleigh is a Stage 4 Endometriosis patient which required multiple surgeries. Her journey with health issues began at a very young age and her resilience has proven to make her an amazing advocate for patients. Her knowledge about Endometriosis is inspiring and extremely beneficial to the patient community. Due to her extensive surgeries she has gained much knowledge and experience on perimenopause and menopause, plus the importance of hormone health.

Arleigh has teamed up with several Endo support groups and created her own platform to help others through their journey. In addition, she works as a patient liaison and advocate for ESSE Care & Wellness. She is an active member of the CT Working Group for Endometriosis under the helm of State Representative Jillian Gilchrist. She’s testified at the CT State Capitol to make change and increase funding for Endometriosis.

She volunteers alongside researchers, educators and advocates to help spread the awareness for Endo, period equity and women's health rights. She has raised monetary donations for various non-profits and organizes yearly sanitary drives for those in need. She is embarking on changing the health curriculum in schools to properly educate teens about their menstrual health. She is the true definition of an Endo Warrior.

When she is not advocating, she enjoys spending time with her family, cats and gardening.
